Refund policy

We have a 24 HOURS  return policy, which means you have 24 HOURS after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange :

If the product you receive is defected or wrong sized, then we will bear all the delivery charges. Otherwise, We will exchange the product but the delivery charges will be yours to pay i.e 500 PKR

For exchange, You will give back the defected product (Well Packed) to the rider who will deliver your exchanged product. 

Return :

If the product you receive is defected or wrong sized, then we will bear all the delivery charges For Return and you will get the full refund. 

Otherwise, We will accept the return but the delivery charges will be deducted from the balance payment of your refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds :
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on the Bank Account you will provide within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us on Whatsapp.
